Fulfillment Policy
How CardOpz processes, ships, and supports hardware orders placed through our shop — RFID cards, tap devices, and printer supplies.
Scope of This Policy
This Fulfillment Policy covers physical goods purchased from the CardOpz Shop, including blank and custom-printed RFID player cards, RFID tap devices, and YMCKO / monochrome printer ribbons for SOLID 210 and 510 card printers. For software subscription terms, see our Terms of Service and Service Level Agreement.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Standard hardware orders ship within 5–7 business days from the date payment clears. Custom-printed RFID cards require additional production time for artwork proof and print run.
Payment processed through Stripe. You receive an order confirmation email with your order number and itemized receipt.
Our fulfillment team verifies inventory and, for custom-printed cards, reaches out for artwork files and a digital proof.
Stock items (blank cards, ink cartridges, tap devices) are pulled and packed. Custom-printed cards enter production after proof approval.
Package handed off to the carrier. Tracking number emailed to the address on file.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment depending on destination and selected service level.
Custom-Printed RFID Cards
Orders with custom artwork add 3–5 business days to the timeline above. We will not begin the print run until you approve the digital proof. Plan accordingly when scheduling a go-live or new-player drive.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Domestic (US): Ground shipping via UPS or FedEx, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited: 2-day and overnight service available on request — contact us before placing the order.
- International: Available case-by-case. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- Bulk / Pallet Orders: Large orders of blank cards or ink may ship via freight — a coordinator will be in touch to arrange.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the label is generated.
- We ship to the address provided at checkout — please double-check before submitting.
- Address changes after shipment are the responsibility of the carrier and may incur fees.
- Signature confirmation is required on orders over $500 unless waived in writing.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
We stand behind every shipment. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product:
- Report within 7 days of delivery to orders@cardopz.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents.
- We will file a claim with the carrier and, once approved, ship a replacement or issue a credit at no additional cost.
- Retain all original packaging and damaged items until the claim is resolved.
Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale
All hardware sales are final. By completing checkout you agree that CardOpz does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on RFID cards, tap devices, or printer supplies. This policy exists because:
- Custom-printed RFID cards are produced to order and cannot be resold.
- Blank RFID inventory is encoded for your facility upon use.
- Printer ribbons are consumables that cannot be verified as unused once the seal is broken.
The final-sale policy does not limit your rights under the damaged-shipment process above, or our hardware warranty below.
Hardware Warranty
- RFID Tap Devices: 12-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects from the ship date. Warranty covers replacement of the unit, not consequential damages.
- RFID Cards: Guaranteed readable on arrival. Failed-read cards reported within 30 days will be replaced free of charge.
- Printer Ribbons: Guaranteed to deliver rated print counts (250 for color, 1,200 for monochrome) when used per printer manufacturer specifications.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order number) and a short description of the issue. Email orders@cardopz.com to open a claim.
Bulk, Custom, and Recurring Orders
Bulk discounts on blank and printed RFID cards are available at 500, 1,000, and 5,000+ unit tiers. For standing orders, co-branded packaging, or a quote on large card runs, reach out directly and we will set up a recurring fulfillment schedule.
Sales Tax & Invoicing
- California orders are taxed at the applicable rate; out-of-state orders are taxed per nexus rules.
- Tax-exempt facilities must submit a resale or exemption certificate before checkout to orders@cardopz.com.
- Net-30 invoicing is available to established CardOpz customers on request.
